I am having my 60th Birthday at a Solotel Restaurant and was concerned that there would be a time limit for the booking. The booking is only for 6 people. I spoke with an amazing agent Juliana who was able to assure me that we could have the table for the whole evening. Juliana you do your organisation proud. With employees like you people life me won’t be frightened to book tables in the city when coming from the bush.

The level of service I've received from Solotel (on more than one event) has been far superior to any other venue so far. Their sales executives and events managers were very communicative and proactive, as well as reactive (for example, when an important part of our group were 1.5 hours late, they not only made sure we rearranged our run of events, but also managed to make me feel like it was no problem at all!). True professionals. You will be well looked after.

Nicholas, the bar manager, has absolutely zero customer service skills. If you use ID90 & stay there, be aware that Nicholas seems to pride himself on being rude, disrespectful, biased, and discriminatory. Nicholas is truly pathetic, incompetent and unfit for his position. I will certainly not recommend anyone to ever stay there!

Extremely rude and ill-mannered staff. I was treated with great disrespect by the manager, Anabella Spreafico. I do not recommend this experience to anyone.

Love that they continue to revitalize classic spots while keeping the community vibe alive. Their team is amazing. Highly recommend!
