I can’t comment on most of the menu, but I keep coming back for the hot chips. They’re always fresh, crispy, perfectly salted, and delicious. If you’re after great chips, this place definitely delivers. The service is pretty average and nothing special, but the quality of the chips is enough to keep me returning.

I ordered chicken with a side of pumpkin via DoorDash. Unfortunately, the pumpkin was unavailable, and instead of contacting me to discuss alternatives, I received two chicken tenders and was charged extra for them. Firstly, battered and deep-fried chicken tenders are not an appropriate substitute for pumpkin. I could understand substituting another vegetable or offering a refund for the unavailable item, but adding a completely different item—without my consent—and then charging me for it is unacceptable. I am unable to eat chicken tenders, so the substitution was not only unsuitable but also wasteful. Had the tenders been included as a complimentary gesture, that would have been appreciated. However, charging a customer for items they did not order or approve is, in my view, an unethical business practice. I am very disappointed with this experience and, unfortunately, will not be ordering from your business again.

Been a regular here 3years,what I saw is enough to turn anyone away. Food that had hit the ground being placed back in the Bayer Marie,and knowing I saw but disappearing out back. Rude staff,got not 1 thing nice to say!

Refused to put any breast chicken in my hot chicken roll, tried to make it with only the offcuts of legs etc which is totally different flavour etc, Hot chicken roll should always have at least 50% breast chicken if not more, as it’s soft and nice unlike the tough and chewy leg etc. Bad attitude of staff, the business was great with the old owners who didn’t have an attitude problem.

The Portuguese burger is not a grilled chicken burger, it has schnitzel on it, however it is not on the schnitzel burger menu, it was on the normal chicken menu. Maybe this was my mistake. I did not want a schnitzel burger I do not like them. Think this should probably go on the schnitzel menu so it is clear. Chips are nice. Quick and nice service and good prices.
