I’m not sure what was more wonderful, the view, the service, or the food. Everything was absolutely fantastic. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, making us feel welcome from start to finish. The food was delicious, and every detail contributed to a truly memorable experience. Words don’t do it justice; the photos are all the evidence you need. I would happily come back and highly recommend it.

Massive disappointment. We had been wanting to try Summer Salt since we moved to the Shire. We managed to get a sitter on our anniversary and booked for lunch. We were initially impressed by the drinks but that's where it went downhill. My kingfish crudo was slimy, like it had been made last night and brought back out. It lacked flavor/seasoning and was a bit fishy. The seafood handmade pasta was actually packaged pasta which was very disappointing when you're paying $40 for a bowl. The 'Happy Anniversary' chocolate sign on the dessert we ordered was a nice touch until we saw they charged us $5 for a piece of chocolate. If I had known I would not have put in a reason for celebration in the booking. We requested a window seat which they gave us, but the window was so dirty from the salty wind it took away from the atmosphere of a high end eatery that Summer Salt makes it to be. Overall very underwhelming for the amount of money spent. Two courses, 2 drinks, and a shared dessert plus 10% surcharge and another 10% tip was $300. Could think of many other much better places to spend that money. I don't think I'd be trying any other SRG group restaurants after this experience.

Great food and a stunning location! After a bit of a hiatus, Summer Salt is back! With BYO reinstated, we were delighted by the quality of the food and service, enjoyed with a favourite bottle of ours. Glad to see that this restaurant with a long history is back to being great again :)

We had the most beautiful Valentine’s Day lunch at Summer Salt. The ocean views, soft lighting and roses created a very romantic atmosphere. The seafood was fresh and delicious, especially the prawns, and the dessert was the perfect sweet ending. With attentive service by Ricardo and a stunning seaside setting, it was an unforgettable evening filled with love and warmth. 🌊❤️

Summer Salt Restaurant in Cronulla has an absolutely amazing view — right on my favorite beach in Sydney. The atmosphere is relaxed yet elegant, perfect for a special lunch or dinner by the ocean. The food is delicious, beautifully presented, and the service is always friendly and attentive. A perfect spot to enjoy great food with stunning beach views💙💛!
