The Brothers Project Cafe is a lovely place to have brunch. I love Crab-O-Crab Croissant as it is so tasty. I like Miso Benny (Bacon/Salmon +3) as it is absolutely scrumptious! Brûlée French Toast is a must-try dessert. The mascarpone made the crème brûlée extra creamy, and the caramelized sugar on top was perfectly balanced, not too bitter. We ordered two smoothies: Pink Cloud and Sky Blue. Both of them are delicious and nutritious! The service there is fast and friendly. I will definitely go back more often!

Had such a great brunch at Brothers Project Cafe! Every dish on the menu sounded amazing—we genuinely couldn’t decide 🤭 We ended up getting the taro French toast, tom yum pasta, prawn omelette croissant, and teriyaki chicken bowl, and honestly… every single dish was on point. Flavours were well-balanced, portions were generous, and everything tasted just as good as it looked. Their specialty drinks were also a standout—the matcha coconut cloud latte, matcha milkshake, and earl grey tea with salted foam were all super unique and worth trying. Left feeling very full and very satisfied 😌 Would definitely come back!

Overall, I had a pleasant experience, and the staff were friendly and their service was really quick. The pasta was okay, but I felt the flavour was a little lacking, and the sauce was quite watery. No offence at all, as this is just my personal opinion, but I think making the sauce richer and a bit thicker would improve the dish and help the flavours stand out more. The crème brûlée French toast wasn’t bad, but it didn’t quite stand out either. I would recommend making the French toast itself more flavourful by incorporating ingredients such as cinnamon or other warm spices into the bread or batter. This would give it a more distinct French toast taste while complementing the crème brûlée topping. Overall, I think a slightly richer, saucier pasta and a more flavourful French toast would make both dishes even better. 7.5/10.

There are many hidden gem restaurants in Rosebery, but I was still blown away by the brunch at this place. The shop is spacious and bright, making it very comfortable to dine in. The service was excellent, and all the dishes recommended to us were delicious. Both the coffee and matcha were smooth and enjoyable. The ingredients are fresh, creatively combined, and taste absolutely fantastic. My favourite was their "Brûlée French Toast"—every bite was pure enjoyment. Highly recommend this brunch spot.

Brunch with a Thai twist 🥐🇹🇭 If you are hunting for an extraordinary morning feast or a unique café to try this weekend, this beautiful Rosebery hot spot needs to be on your radar. What We Smashed: 🍝 Thaibonara – Rich, velvety carbonara infused with a fiery, aromatic Thai flavour profile. 🦀 Crab-O-Crab Croissant – Flaky, buttery croissant loaded with soft-shell crab and punchy sauces. 🥑 Avo Zaap – A fresh twist on smashed avocado served with a citrusy kaffir lime leaf hummus. 🧋 Thai Milk Tea – Perfectly balanced, smooth, and refreshing latté-style milk tea. The Verdict: The absolute novelty of this menu is how effortlessly they bridge traditional cafe comfort with bold Thai street flavors. Smashed between the rich, creamy depth of the Thaibonara and the bright, herbal lift of the kaffir hummus, the balance here is brilliant. Every single dish brings a fun texture play, and the Thai milk tea cuts through the savoury heat flawlessly.
