Stunning views directly facing the Opera House make this restaurant a great Vivid choice when you want to stay warm inside, while enjoying good food and company. For a little extra, and early booking you can secure yourself a window seat, which was great. Not only watching the Opera House lightshow, but also people watching as the vivid crowds walked along the harbourside. The vivid menu was good with the deserts being a favourite for us on the night. Pleasingly, enjoyed the breakfast view even more and the buffet selection was delightful and filling. Loved it ❤️

What an amazing restaurant this is. Lovely welcoming staff and even despite us being walk ins, we got a beautiful spot with good Opera House views. The sommelier walked us through the different sparkling wine and always ensured our glasses were adequately full. The food was excellent overall. You absolutely must try the tarama dish - I will never forget the flavour journey it took my tastebuds on. The pork tomahawk was one of the weaker dishes in my opinion, being more one dimensional than the other dynamic dishes, though it was definitely tender and juicy. The chocolate mousse was rich and decadent. The caramel dessert was beautifully presented, though fell abit flat in flavour for me. Overall, this was an excellent dining experience and one I would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Dining at the Park Hyatt Sydney restaurant was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The combination of spectacular harbour views, outstanding food, and impeccable service made for a truly memorable meal. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavour, showcasing high quality ingredients and careful attention to detail. Whether enjoying breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the menu offers something for everyone, and each course was expertly prepared. What really elevated the experience was the service. The staff were warm, attentive, and professional, ensuring that every guest felt welcomed and well looked after. Their knowledge of the menu and genuine hospitality added a special touch to the occasion. With delicious cuisine, breathtaking views, and exceptional service, the Park Hyatt Sydney restaurant is a destination in its own right. Highly recommended for both hotel guests and locals looking for a special dining experience by the harbour.

The cocktail program is genuinely outstanding. Each drink arrives looking almost too beautiful to touch, yet tastes even better—smooth, seductive, and perfectly balanced with a creative edge that makes them feel special rather than standard. The food follows the same confident rhythm: dishes are beautifully presented and consistently incredible, leaning into savory, seasoned depth with moments of smoky richness and silky textures that linger pleasantly on the palate. The desserts, in particular, are a highlight—absolutely sinful and scrumptious, with a sweet, sumptuous finish that feels like the kitchen’s true signature moment. We had a truly fantastic experience from start to finish. The three-course meal was delicious, and I was especially impressed by how well they catered to our dietary requirements—there were so many great options to choose from! ​The service really set this place apart. Yura looked after our table and was incredibly warm and friendly, making us feel at home immediately. Ben, the sommelier, was brilliant; his wine recommendations were spot on. A special thanks to Sinim as well, whose customer service was amazing—they even went above and beyond to help us capture some great photos of the night. Highly recommend!
