I took my elderly mum here for lunch after her doctors appointment on fri last week and she had the fish and chips and I had the bubble and squeak with eggs & bacon benedict. Food was delicious, generous serves, was served quickly and looked so appetising! Coffee was amazing as well!
The cutest quaint cafe with the nicest staff ever! The food was delicious, and the waiting time was moderate. Best sit outside if the weather's great, you'll love it.
Delicious food each time and the coffee is lovely too. Each member of staff is so friendly and welcoming. Mum & I love coming here for breakfast dates.
Had a few meals here and the quality has always been pretty high. I would rate their coffee the best in the area too. Well done team Fat Cat.
I really like the coffee here; for they use seven miles. I do think they need to maintain consistency with the barista pouring so that each cup shows care by pouring it with latte art. (Only 1 out of three had some) The cafe is in a big space with indoor and outdoor seating, so it’s perfect to take kids or your dog. It was very busy on our day of visit, with only one waitress and she was doing an excellent job, but more staff would have helped with the efficiency. The food is nice enough, but I do frequent ALOT of cafes and feel that it is significantly overpriced for the offerings and size. This is not negative, rather constructive and I recommend either increasing the size or reducing the price. (The bacon and egg roll is reasonably priced now though). Also adding some more healthy options like a Bircher muesli or nourish bowls for the vegan/vegetarian diners.
