Great vibe in this new underground restaurant. Food was on point and the band played some fantastic dinner jazz. Wine list had a good selection but could do with more choice. Would recommend and we will return.
Wow. We had such a great night at The Hideaway. From the cocktails to the food to the service, everything exceeded our expectations. The beef tartare, snapper crudo and signature burger were all incredible, but the real highlight was the sirloin with the King Brown mushrooms. Giacomo recommended the pairing and it was honestly one of the best combinations we’ve had in a very long time (thank you for the best service and experience). The space itself is beautiful and feels like a hidden little escape right in the middle of Bondi Junction. We left already talking about when we’d come back and what we’d order again.
I chose The Hideaway Bondi to celebrate my birthday, and it was the perfect choice. I absolutely loved the venue. The food was exceptional, the atmosphere was fantastic, the service was second to none, and every detail was thoughtfully executed. From start to finish, the entire experience was memorable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend The Hideaway Bondi to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience and a great place to celebrate a special occasion. I'll definitely be back again soon.
Fantastic new venue in The Junction. A beautiful renovation of an old underground bar. We loved the steak and pork mains, and the banana split was outstanding. The wine was delicious, the service friendly and professional, and the funky jazz band added the perfect atmosphere. 5 stars across the board. Strong recommend.
5 stars all round! We were very well looked after by Abby, with great recommendations for delicious food and drinks. The atmosphere was top tier with mood lighting and live jazz music.
