I had a great experience at the Railway Hotel in Fairfield. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, making it a perfect place to catch up with friends or unwind after a long day. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout my visit. Tand well presented, and the drinks were reasonably priced. The venue itself was clean, comfortable, and had a great overall vibe. I especially enjoyed the entertainment and facilities available. I would definitely recommend the Railway Hotel Fairfield to anyone looking for a good time, great service, and a friendly environment. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

I really enjoy coming to The Railway Hotel Fairfield. The Managers and staff and security are always very nice, respectful, and helpful. As I’m getting older, I really appreciate how they look out for me and make sure I’m comfortable. It’s a great place to relax, have a drink, and play. Always a friendly atmosphere I’m happy to keep coming back.God bless all

Love this pub for pokies has good wins and service 😀 👍 shout out to Mandy and another girl, who's name slipped my mind 🙄 helped me alot a few times. I'm sure she knows who it is lol but dont know why the lowish ranking. Probably just sore loosers that lose on pokies and give a bad review lol 🤣🤣🤣

The previous owner, Kevin, and his team were fantastic. The pub was always clean and had a great atmosphere with respectful customers. There were no issues with problematic behaviour, and the staff were well-protected and supported. Personally, I don’t believe the customer is always right, and Kevin managed that balance well. Since the new ownership, however, it feels like the environment has changed. It seems like people who previously caused issues—such as troublemakers or those behaving inappropriately—are returning. I genuinely feel for the staff who now have to deal with this behaviour. The venue really needs more security, especially around the pokies and main drinking areas; one guard simply isn’t enough. I understand the pub needs to make money—that’s the main goal at the end of the day. However, please also consider the wellbeing of the people who work for you. They deserve a safe and supportive workplace.

It's a nice pub but the toilets needs to be clean more often
