I don't like to leave bad reviews but I feel the need to warn others to save their money. Never in my life have I experienced eating overpriced fish with the texture of calamari. It was genuinely inedible, it seemed like a hot yet frozen lump. On another note, a family came in and the kids were playing with the cutlery and left it on the table in the end. After they left the waiter simply put the dirty cutlery back for whoever sat there next. There is clearly a lack of hygiene and flavour here. If you value your taste buds and wallet avoid this place at all costs.
Exceptional service from Suly My experience at this restaurant was outstanding, thanks to Suly. Her professionalism, warm attitude, and natural ability to make guests feel welcome truly set her apart. She brings a level of care and attention that can’t be taught or listed on a resumé it’s simply who she is. Suly made my visit memorable, and her presence elevates the entire dining experience.
Very underwhelming experience from a service point of view and to have out waited ask for either a 20 or 22% tip is ridiculous. I’m happy to tip more for good service but the service was terrible, in fact I had to get up twice and walk to the ice bucket to get the wind and pour it for my table. Then 40 min wait for food and pay a 20% tip is crazy. I watched tables around me who ordered water and cheap meals have 2-3 waiters checking on them while my table spending $200 per head we’re pouring there own wine. If it wasn’t for the view this business would be closed - there is so many better dining options locally with siding service so I recommend bypassing this place - overpriced and very poor service
Worst Burger i had in a while. The view is amazing though. The service was ok but nothing extrodanary.
Ok so there are some conflicting reviews so I thought I would make my reviewer detailed. The view is lovely but you will need to be close to the windows to get best effect. Our fish and chips ($26) were lovely, fresh and hot. Our children had fries which the chef tailored to make them smaller cut for them. All up including food for four (two children) and five glasses of wine was $106. Quite a reasonable experience. The staff were all helpful and attentive and the service was very prompt. There is a cheap fish and chip cafe next door for those who want something cheaper but this is not excessive!
