Watermans offers a truly exceptional dining experience that transports you to the Middle East while maintaining a beautifully modern and refined approach. Each dish was thoughtfully curated, with bold, authentic flavours executed to an impeccable standard. The meat was outstanding. Perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and so flavourful that it had me eating it straight off the bone. The crispy chicken leaves one in awe. A definite highlight, the tiropita is an absolute must-try, golden and crisp on the outside, with a rich, indulgent filling that is simply unforgettable. A special mention to Darryl and his team, whose skill and attention to detail are evident in every dish, and to the service staff, who were attentive, warm, and professional throughout. The combination of exceptional food and impeccable service made for a truly memorable experience. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back.
Great restaurant and great location. The staff were friendly and really helpful, but the food above all was sensational. Loved every dish!!
I went to Watermans with a group of work colleagues following a conference. We walked in without a reservation and they were more than happy to take us, which was nice as so many restaurants don't do that these days. Service was prompt and friendly and staff were more than happy to make recommendations. The food was amazing particularly the chicken. It was also nice to have a dinner where we didn't have to rush and be booted out the door when you're there for 2 hours. Highly recommend Watermans.
A menu bursting with delicious share plates! An interesting and eclectic wine list. Relaxed but responsive service. Very enjoyable.
Really affordable for what we got, had the $120 set menu and was sooo full after. Flavour was so rich & divine. Can never go wrong with Mediterranean and it did not disappoint!
