If you love creamy sesame-peanuty goodness, you’ll love this Northeastern Thick Malatang here. It’s so creamy & delicious. Great malatang toppings variety to choose from: marinated beef, spicy beef, prawns, scallops, mushrooms to plenty of beancurds types, vegetables & noodles etc. I also had Mala Spicy Mix (Dry Style), and you can choose the spicy level too. Great with rice! They also have Giant Chicken Chop, Crispy Pork Bites, and fried skewers. For desserts, they have Brown Sugar Rice Cake & Brown Sugar Ice Jelly. For late night eats deal, there’s 12% discount when you visit from 8.30pm onwards.

One of my go-to spots in Eastwood when I can’t decide what to eat. The malatang broth is rich, fragrant and full of flavour without being overly salty. There’s a great selection of ingredients, and I really like that the meat rolls are stored separately in a fridge, which makes everything feel fresh. The bamboo shoots were surprisingly delicious, and the mala ban with sesame sauce was creamy, spicy and so addictive. We also ordered the fried chicken schnitzel, which was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The restaurant has a cool, old-school street-style atmosphere with lots of character. Great food, good value and friendly service. I’ll definitely be back!

Tried Wuming Maolatang in Eastwood — really enjoyed it! Lots of fresh ingredients to choose from and the soup base was flavorful with a nice spicy kick. Portions were generous and service was quick. Simple but clean spot, perfect for a warm and satisfying meal. Would come back 👍

This place is one of the only places in Sydney that does the rich and creamy dongbei style Malatang where it’s loaded with sesame sauce! I really loved how nutty the flavour profile is. Be sure to also try their maocai which is much spicier than normal Malatang but incredibly aromatic

Our new favorite Malatang spot in Eastwood! We ordered the thick Northeast style ( a true gem), beef tallow traditional and spicy pork brain on the side. You gotta try the yellow thick chewy noodle pictured… we’ll be back!
