The environment is very clean. Tried the classic fish soup with sea bass (Luban fish) today. We selected the live fish from the back, and it was freshly prepared. The meat was so fresh and tender! We also got the Lychee Shrimp Balls for an appetizer, the molten cheese filling inside was a great touch. For mains, we had the Wuhan Hot Dry Noodles and Three-Delicacy Doupi. These are dishes from my hometown, and they tasted authentic and brought back great memories. Will definitely come back!

The experience was unique but there was one waitress who had a very annoyed and "did not want to be there" attitude. If their service improved they could have actually done well considering the food was tasty and the cooking style was a novelty. Considering the bad service, I would only recommend this for a once off try experience but probably won't be going back again. For two people it ended up costing $100.

Worth the experience! Their speciality is the live fish steamed in a stone pot. We had the coral trout in the classic original soup. The fish was so fresh and tender. The broth was very flavourful. We also ordered a variety of dishes for the hot pot, our faves being the shrimp paste and the crispy bean curd roll. Service could be improved - the manager disappeared to have lunch at one of the back tables leaving one young lady to provide service at the bare minimum. 22% discount for lunch. However, the poster out the front is a little deceiving as the discount is for cash only. Also, it's best if you can speak Mandarin or come with someone that can.

This place’s steamed stone-pot dishes are really delicious! The soup is very fresh, and the fish is tender and tasty. Especially after finishing the fish, adding some veggies to hot-pot in the broth—the combination of the meat aroma and fish aroma is amazing! The tofu skin and hot dry noodles are great too!

I took my family here for lunch to celebrate Father's Day. It turns out to be quite a nice place to experience steamed stone pot fish. We order the classic original base, snakehead fish slices for our steamed stone pot with some vegetable and tofu skin on the side. The fish is very firm and taste fresh, the portion is reasonable. The soup have good flavour with a lot of ingredients added in like fish cake, corn and etc. Also for $3/person you can have all you can eat rice, fruit and sauces to go along with the steamed stone pot. Although note the main offering in the restaurant is the steamed stone pot so other dishes are a bit limited. The staff are helpful in showing us how to cook the right way with the straw lid over the stone pot and service is fast. The downside is the bench seating we found a little tight for leg room because of the size of the cooking unit under the bench. But would come again for steamed stone pot in the future.
