Worst momo, keema noodles and aloo nimki i ever had.. as i experienced momo’s jhol was so plain and too watery, keema noodles was salty, and doesn’t even taste authentic… and nimki was too bland . also, doesn’t taste good at all such a worst experience….Good Ratings from this place didn’t match our expectation. Need to improve on food quality ..Thanks!!
I ordered the non-spicy Chatpate, but it was extremely spicy when I received it. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to enjoy it because it was much hotter than expected. Even th keema noodle and pani puri was to saltyy. 🤢 4/06/2026
I used to be a regular customer at Capital Laphing because I really enjoyed the keema noodles, but my experience today was very disappointing. The keema in the noodles smelled off, and I couldn't eat it. We also ordered chicken chow mein, but it had only two small pieces of chicken, which was very poor considering the price. To make matters worse, after ordering three different dishes, I decided to order momo as well. The staff member looked visibly frustrated, as if I was creating extra work by placing another order. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated politely and made to feel welcome Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I've had here. The food quality has dropped, and the customer service was disappointing. I used to be a regular customer, but after today's experience, I don't think I'll be coming back.
Hi, I ordered a chatpate through Uber and paid $12.50. When I come to your shop in person, I always get a full box, but today the order I received was only half-filled. The packaging wasn’t opened or damaged, so I’m not sure why the portion was so small. This doesn’t feel fair.
I am writing this review with a very heavy heart because I know this business from the very beginning, even from when it was operating from home. I truly appreciate the hard work and effort behind building this restaurant. However, my recent experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. My concerns are: 1. The food was **far too oily** to the point that it was disgusting and very difficult to eat. 2. I ordered **Sha Phaley**, and it was *extremely* oily—literally soaked in oil. This is not how it should be served. 3. I ordered **Dry Laphing**, which cost **$12**, and then was charged $1 extra for Wai Wai** and **$1 extra for peanuts**. Seriously? How can Dry Laphing be served without Wai Wai and peanuts? If you want to ask customers for their preference, that is fine—but charging extra for basic ingredients is not acceptable at any cost. 4. I would not have written this review if it ended there. While eating **Chicken Keema Noodles**, I found **three hairs in my food**. Three. This is extremely serious. What shocked me even more was that **the staff did not even apologise**. 5. Please provide your staff with **proper training**, including **food safety, hygiene standards, hair covers, and basic cleanliness practices**. These are essential, not optional. 6. Lastly, people should be careful when checking the Google reviews. Many of the positive reviews appear misleading and seem to be written just to get a **free soft drink**, which does not reflect genuine customer experiences. I genuinely want this restaurant to do better because I have seen its journey from the start. But quality, hygiene, and customer respect must come first. Some of the proofs are attached below in the picture.
