We visited the newly opened Zam Zam Karachi Biryani and honestly, it’s one of the most authentic Karachi-style food spots we’ve tried in Sydney so far 🇵🇰🔥 We ordered a full spread including chicken biryani, beef haleem, beef nihari, chicken karahi, BBQ platter (fried fish, chicken tikka, lamb seekh kebab), chapli kebab, papri chaat, naan, gulab jamun, kheer, and gajar halwa. Everything had that proper Karachi street-style flavour — rich, bold, and perfectly spiced. The biryani was aromatic with tender chicken, the nihari and haleem were deeply flavorful and comforting, and the BBQ platter was well grilled and satisfying. The chapli kebab and chaat also stood out for their authentic taste. To finish, the desserts were a perfect touch — gulab jamun, kheer, and gajar halwa all tasted fresh and homemade. Being newly opened, they’re already doing an impressive job bringing real Karachi flavours to Sydney. Definitely one of the best spots we’ve tried for authentic Pakistani food so far. Highly recommended for desi food lovers looking for true taste of home 🇵🇰

The food is absolutely phenomenal with just all the right flavors and the meaty tenderness, this just may be one of the best Pakistanani Restaurants here is Sydney, go give it a try an absolute must. The service could be a little better though.
