Yummy food & fast service. The young girl that served me was so lovely. Portion was a bit too big for my preference (but if you take away then you can save it for later!). Kyrgios bundle was spicy and yummy. Easy and accessible location with lots of parking.
Dined today Sat 11th July 2026. Food is good, can't complain there. Customer service from girl at checkout was great. My issue and reason for low score was the big tall guy who cooks the pita bread on the flat grill. With his gloved hands I watched him repeatedly play on his phone, in and out of his pocket. As we all know, most people take their phones to the toilet and pass the time as they scroll. This is why I think any food business that allows employees to touch their phones whilst serving and preparing food is disgusting! E-coli is easy to spread this way along with a wealth of other virus and diseases! Shame on your training and lack of management. If I can witness it during my brief stay, what are you doing all day?
Food is lovely which is why I keep ordering but every single time I order (direct through the website) they get it wrong. Usually it is the halloumi fries which gets forgotten, or the additional beef/lamb I pay extra for. I always ring up and they say they’ll make a note for next time- that’s not the point. Just get it right to begin with. The size of the beef tonight was half of what we normally receive- very disappointing

Terrible experience as a delivery driver. Have been delivering from this restaurant from three years now. Never had any complaints other than waiting times which is okay. Wait time is not a big deal. I have always been treated well by the staff at the counter. So i got this delivery on friday afternoon 27 feb. Went to pick it up as usual. It was on the side table. The lady at the counter went to grab the drinks and I confirmed the pick up on the app which i always do. But she didn’t handed me the door. She went to the kitchen side and this lady who is a bit short heighted who i have usually seen preparing the food. Comes and gives me the order. She said to show me the delivery with the name. I said i just showed her and i was okay to show you as well. But your tone was not very friendly. I showed and moved on. Nothing serious I was still okay because its you guys duty. Nothing wrong with that. Now what i see after completing the delivery is a dislike and report on my account like seriously? Why would you get pissed off on such a small thing? Do drivers dont have a say? Now i know very well whenever i am again going to pickup. I will be getting a report again. Dear manager if you give power to report us to every single employee. Thats how the system gets abused. Dear employee its very safe to stand behind the counter and prepare food. Do you realise how much safety risk the drivers face. For just peanuts of money. Its my choice to do it but at least dont be rude towards drivers and abuse the system for satisfying your ego.
