Salad Days is proof that healthy food doesn’t have to be boring. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, the ingredients were high quality, and each bowl was generously portioned. We tried the Monday Med, which came with herb chicken, feta, fresh mixed leaves, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, pickled onions, flatbread, and a red wine vinaigrette. It was light, refreshing, and packed with flavour, with the feta adding a nice creamy touch. The Sunday STK was another standout. The steak was cooked well and paired perfectly with the grain mix, kale, sweet potato, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, pickled beetroot, and pesto vinaigrette. It was filling, nutritious, and had a great balance of textures and flavours. For a vegetarian option, the Saturday Falaf didn’t disappoint. The falafel was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and went really well with the tahini, sweet potato, fresh salad, and flatbread. It was satisfying without feeling too heavy. We also tried the Taco Tuesday Wrap, filled with grilled spiced chicken, mixed leaves, cos, cherry tomatoes, pickled onions, parmesan, crunchy corn chips, and a delicious lime, coriander, and jalapeño dressing. The combination of fresh ingredients with the crunchy corn chips and zesty dressing made it our favourite item of the meal. The staff were friendly and welcoming, service was quick, and everything was made fresh to order. If you’re looking for a healthy lunch or dinner that doesn’t compromise on flavour, Salad Days is definitely worth a visit. We’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu!
Enjoyed a quick sit down lunch midweek. We ordered regular-sized Weekday Felafel and Anyday Farmers salads. Both were delicious and good value. Highly recommended, we'll be back.
10/10 salad spot! Perfect for lunch or a healthy dinner. The All Day Caesar is one of my favorite salads ever. The ingredients are fresh and the portions are generous. The staff is also lovely and always me feel welcome. I’ll be back every week 😂
Had the Farmer Salad on my lunch break and it was absolutely delicious. The portion size was generous and everything tasted so fresh and well balanced. The lady who took my order was incredibly lovely and even checked to make sure I didn’t have any nut allergies, which I really appreciated. The shop was super busy during lunch rush, but the team still managed everything so efficiently and made sure I got my order quickly. Great food and genuinely great service. Can’t wait to come back and try the other salads!
Supported them from the start and must say at one point the quality of ingredients sort of went down so stopped going there. I was there again today as I was craving for their salad! I had their any farmers day salad and it was delicious! Thank you! Ingredients were so fresh and seems like they have made a lot of improvement and love the new salad additions. I see what people say about the protein portions. I ordered a Large and thought the protein was reasonable for the price and value but if I needed extra protein I would consider adding extra herbed chicken.
