Bought an iced coffee through uber eats for $15 and it came HALF FULL. Attempted to call the business with no answer and then attempted to refund through uber eats and they also wont. Absolute JOKE and wouldn't recommend to buy from this business unless you can confirm on the spot they've filled your drink fully
The chicken soup was tasteless. A packet of continental soup is more flavoursome. The coffee was just hot milk with coffee flavour. I suggest that soul origin narellan, oran park, macarthur improve their barista skills. I had a sip and threw it away. The wraps, salads and buns are great for a light meal. But dont sell coffee unless your good at it. Train your people to make proper coffee. At narellan, I walked across to Blende cafe and ahh, yes, there's hope for coffee lovers.
We had a few confusing dramas at first, a little miss communication between us. I ordered catering for a surprise birthday party. The delivery address couldn’t be located by the Uber app, and we couldn’t get it to work. I expressed it was too late in the week for me to organise anything else. And I started to get really nervous.. but they went above and beyond and the manager delivered it out to us, just to make sure they didn’t leave us hungry. The food was amazing, very well presented and it ended up being a perfect day. Thank you everyone at soulorigin Narellan.
It is terrible service and very bad staff, especially the man. I work at this center and have been in this shop for more than three years, and since they let me activate my Loyalty Reward Card, I have been making frequent purchases here. But every time I use my reward, the employees give me a disgusting face and bad service. Today I also bought lunch here, I wanted to use the soup they gave me as a reward （Tuscan Veg Sipper and Spiced Lentil Sipper), they said no more, I wanted to exchange other, the man refused. In order to attract more guests, they sometimes ask if the guests have free soup. The main reason is terrible service This is also my last time here, and I will tell my colleagues, friends and customers that I do not recommend this store, because of the terrible service （disgusting face）
The waiter that was serving us was very kind and helpful his name was Rupinder Ghil. Soul Origin has many offers going on with many choices to choose from. From now on this will be my go to cafe especially at the Narellan town centre.
