I ordered a flat white as a sign-up free gift. Coffee tasted just fine.
Coffee is just getting better. I remember in the bad ‘ol days when living in Sydney you had to travel wide and far to get yourself a good quality coffee. Also in my youth a lot of Sydney was still into drinking tea. Tea is cool but morning lung and heart starter I need a good well grounded and flavoursome coffee. Soul Origin has two venues at Top Ryde Shopping Centre and I’m talking about Soul Origin one level up from Ground entrance (hence level 1, but shopping centre levels are in a whole level of their own). Coffee good. Service and staff excellent. I have two regular baristas on my staff and both make the coffee I love to sup. They’ve got great salads, meals, sandwiches , cakes and treats and for franchise coffee it’s triple AAA quality and value. Depending on how many Soul Origin venues you’ve had your coffee created you have to know that if you get jigged, don’t freak, there’s a plethora of hard working baristas out in Sydney. I like to think it was me who started Sydney’s love of coffee. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it! Enjoy. Soul Origin makes a quality cup of Joe!
Received a fantastic customer service experience offered by Loya, he is a champion and a great asset for the business. He offered superb excellence service with high enthusiasm 👌 made a nice coffee and accommodate my customised requests to make a sandwich. Really amazing experience. Thank you 😊
Enjoyed my meal and coffee. Loved that because I had wanted to eat my chicken pasta salad warm, then and there the staff helped me heat it up as well (no lid needed). Seating area probably just needs a little check in, tidy. Other non customer used the table and chairs and left their mess behind. The new branding was clever to read.
Just bought a chicken avocado salad. The container is only filled with three quarters( see picture). The staff served me is unprofessional and need better training. I won't go back again.
