This place might not have the most traditional pork roll, but the ingredients are super fresh, and everything is very clean. The owner said they get their bread rolls fresh every morning from Marrickville Pork Roll. The rolls are packed with generous fillings, and the chicken vermicelli salad tastes great, with just the right amount of sauce. The crispy pork roll is tasty, and there are also some great vegetarian options. If you’re looking for a fresh pork roll with good ingredients, you should try this place. The owner, Soo, is also really friendly!

Crispy pork roll is the business! Bread is probably not as crusty or as fresh as I’ve had at other authentic places - but these are pretty solid. The best you’ll get in the area!

I popped into Eat Mi Neutral Bay just before closing on Friday, fully aware of how frustrating it can be for hospitality staff when someone shows up last minute (I’ve worked in the industry myself). I asked politely if they were still open and mentioned I only do pork Banh Mi (the proper Vietnamese way, in my opinion). They were already packed down, fridges closed, salamander off; but instead of turning me away, the two lovely ladies insisted it was no problem and that they could still make it happen. Not only did they pull everything back out and fire up the kitchen again, they did it with a smile. No sighs, no fuss... just pure hospitality and kindness. The Banh Mi itself? Delicious. Super fresh, generous on the pork, perfectly balanced with pickled veggies, herbs, and just the right kick from the chilies. Crispy bread, fair price, and packed with protein. I couldn’t have been more satisfied! I was already so impressed I asked if I could take a photo before they wrapped it up, and they graciously obliged. If more businesses operated with this level of professionalism and heart, the world would be a better place. Absolute credit to the team! They’ve earned every bit of this five-star review. Highly recommend. Will 100% be back.

I would say there are much better than this one. The store is very cute and old style is what I like, many good reviews so want to give it a try. But the bread is the biggest problem, it’s not crunchy nor soft, in the between, the worst one, a bit dried, humid. two star is because everything is fresh and shop is clean, but I could make this roll myself at home. Nothing special.

It was first time for me to visit here and I tried Crispy Pork Roll. The vegitable was fresh and the pork was crunch and yummy. The bread roll was crispy, too. The combination makes it tasty and healthy. I am sure that people will come back once they tri the menu. If you want something light and healthy but yummy, then this is it. It is not a big store nor in front of the road, but it is a kind of hidden place that you can pop in happily and frequently.
