Hands down one of the best crab meals I've had in a long time. We ordered both the Black Pepper Crab and the Singapore Chilli Crab, and honestly, they were equally impressive. The Black Pepper Crab was packed with flavour — rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of heat. The crab itself was incredibly fresh, sweet, and meaty. The Singapore Chilli Crab was the standout for me. The sauce was absolutely addictive — rich, slightly sweet, tangy, and full of depth. Every bite was delicious, and we ended up mopping up every last drop of sauce. What really made the experience special was the quality of the crab. Fresh, juicy, and generously portioned. The service was warm, attentive, and efficient without being overbearing, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcome throughout the meal. If you're looking for authentic Singapore-style crab in Sydney, this place is a must-visit. Definitely worth every dollar, and I'll be bringing friends and family back next time.

The service was quite good overall. However I was surprised by how quiet the restaurant was especially for a Saturday dinner service. One issue I noticed was that the tables were positioned too closely together making the dining experience feel somewhat cramped and lacking privacy. In addition, the Mud Crab was overpriced compared with the market which may explain why customer traffic appeared to be relatively low. While the food and service were satisfactory, I believe a review of the pricing strategy and dining layout would greatly enhance the overall customer experience and help attract more patrons.

Absolutely incredible dining experience! We ordered the Pepper Crab and the Singapore Chilli Crab, and both were phenomenal—honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The food is easily some of the best I’ve ever had, but what really set this place apart was the service. Our waitress had the sweetest smile and was so attentive; she even offered to help me put on my bib/napkin. A 10/10 vibe all around!

We couldn't choose just one, so we went for both signature styles—and it was the best decision we made. Harry's Singapore Chilli Mud Crab is an institution for a reason. We asked to have it more on the spicy side and the chef delivered! The sauce was a magical combination of tangy and spicy with a gentle warmth that builds with every bite. It’s rich, seasoned with expert precision, and we spent happy minutes soaking up every last drop with our rice. In beautiful contrast, Harry's Black Pepper Mud Crab is a bold, aromatic powerhouse that packs a delicious, peppery punch that highlights the sweet, delicate flavour of the fresh crab meat without overpowering it. Both are gloriously messy, shareable, and utterly unforgettable. But the delights don't stop at the crab. For a perfect, elegant starter, the Scallops on Half Shell with Ginger and Shallots are a must-order. Plump, pristine scallops are steamed to tender perfection, bathing in a light, savoury broth fragrant with fresh ginger and shallots. It’s a clean, refined flavour that beautifully prepares your palate for the robust mains. Speaking of perfect pairings, the Vegetarian Fried Rice deserves its own acclaim. Far from an afterthought. It’s fluffy, packed with fresh vegetables. It’s the ideal, essential base to soak up those incredible crab sauces, and a satisfying highlight for any vegetarian at the table. A Notable Mention: The exceptional experience was elevated even further by our wonderful waiter. He was incredibly patient, guiding our indecisive table with genuine warmth, and offered his expert opinion on the menu items that led us to our perfect feast. Thank you for the fantastic service! The consensus is clear: for fresh, generously-portioned seafood cooked with passion by the talented chefs and iconic recipes, Walsh Bay Crabhouse is a waterfront winner. We left with full hearts, very happy stomachs, and plans to return for our next special occasion. An absolutely cracking experience!

Located at 1 Towns Place, Millers Point, New South Wales, Australia 🇦🇺 I have wanted to come to this restaurant for the longest time and I was not disappointed. It was amazing. You are overlooking the beautiful wharves at Walsh Bay and the Sydney Harbour. The restaurant itself is designed beautifully, with a glass frontage creating ample views. The menu is wonderful with a mixture of seafood (obviously ) and meat. To start, my companion shared the prawn spring rolls which were delicious and I followed up with the Balmain Bugs which the staff were nice enough to serve with Singapore Chilli sauce when I asked. It tasted amazing. My friend had the Coral Trout Fish and he said it tasted great. Our waiter was so patient and helpful, answering my questions with patience. He was so helpful and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. I would absolutely recommend visiting this amazing restaurant. A HUGE Thumbs up!! 👍👍👍
