Here’s a 250-word version: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve tried a lot of shawarma spots around Blacktown, and Aladdin Shawarma is easily one of the best. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they take pride in what they do — the counter is clean, the staff are friendly, and the smell of the spit-roasted meat cooking is enough to make your mouth water before you even order. I went with the chicken burger new on their menu, and it did not disappoint. The meat was juicy, well-seasoned, and had that perfect char you want from a proper grill. The bread was soft and fresh, not dry or falling apart like some other places, and the garlic sauce was creamy without being overpowering. They’re generous with the fillings too — plenty of pickles, salad, and sauce packed into every bite, so you’re not left with a sad, half-empty wrap halfway through. I also grabbed a side of chips, and they were crispy, hot, and perfectly salted — clearly fresh, not sitting under a heat lamp. Portion sizes are great value for the price, especially compared to some of the more expensive shawarma joints nearby. Service was quick despite it being a busy time, and the staff were polite and happy to answer questions about the menu. It’s clear this place has built a loyal local following, and after this visit, I understand why. If you’re in Blacktown and craving a proper, authentic shawarma, do yourself a favor and stop by Aladdin Shawarma. I’ll definitely be back!
The food is so delicious 😋 specially the Bun with beef shawarma 😍😍 We loved as family… seating area is nice and clean.. the chef is so nice and cheerful and the staff as well… thank u so much. I will definitely come back again
A clean, welcoming restaurant with lovely Arabic-inspired decor. I think this place has good potential, but the food could use a little more flavour and pizzaz. Aladdin Bun: The bun was soft, but overall a bit dry and lacklustre at room temp. I'd love to see it lightly toasted, and with more sauce and filling. I couldn't detect any tomato, onion, or parsley as advertised. Magic Carpet Wrap: My favourite of the three. Served fresh and hot, and the garlic sauce really brought everything together. Fatteh: The chicken was tender and the rice was soft and fluffy. A little more seasoning and depth of flavour in the rice would make this dish much more memorable.
Absolutely one of the best Egyptian shawarmas I’ve ever had! The flavour was authentic, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. They offer shawarma in both bun and wrap options, and both were fresh, generous in portion, and full of flavour. They also have four different sauces, and each one adds something special definitely worth trying more than one! The place was very busy & the staff were still friendly, welcoming, and well organised. The restaurant was clean and had a lovely atmosphere. On top of everything, the prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion size. Highly recommended I’ll definitely be coming back!
Aladdin Shawarma is a must-visit! The Magic Carpet chicken roll was fantastic, and the Sultan’s Fattah featured perfectly cooked chicken alongside incredibly aromatic, spiced rice. Aladdin’s Chicken Bun was fantastic—the bun was incredibly soft, topped with fresh tomato, onion, parsley, and a delicious house sauce. We finished with Jasmine’s Acai (banana, strawberry granola), which was a superb dessert. Highly recommended!
