Westfield Bondi Junction is one of the best shopping centres in Sydney. It has a fantastic range of stores, from popular brands to luxury boutiques, along with plenty of great cafés and restaurants. The centre is always clean, modern, and well maintained, and it’s easy to find what you’re looking for. The staff throughout the centre are friendly, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and enjoyable. Whether you’re shopping, dining, or just spending time with family and friends, it’s an excellent place to visit. Highly recommended!

The shopping centre is great, but I’d recommend avoiding this store. The clothing alterations were poorly done, and when I tried to give feedback, the owner became abusive instead of addressing the issue. Even the security staff told me this wasn’t the first time they had dealt with similar behaviour from the owner.

What's really disappointing is that a company as large as Westfield would allow something like this to happen after people followed the instructions given by your own staff. We arrived at 4pm the day before and waited in line exactly where we were told to by the Swatch manager, Lee, who personally confirmed multiple times that we were first in line. We stayed there until around 6:45, following all directions given to us by both Swatch staff and Westfield security. When tickets were finally handed out, the security guard suddenly started us at number 12. We immediately questioned this because we had been there first the entire time. We were then told there were "other entrances," despite there being signage everywhere indicating this was the correct and only line. Something clearly did not add up, especially considering Lee had already confirmed we were first. When we went upstairs, there were suddenly 11 people ahead of us. Security instructed us not to approach them, which only made the situation more suspicious. We were then given multiple conflicting explanation he security guard told us they had health conditions waiting elsewhere, us while another told us they were VIPs. The story kept changing within minutes, which made the entire situation feel dishonest and unfair. What made it worse was that once upstairs, Lee's attitude completely changed. Downstairs he was openly confirming we were first, but upstairs he refused to explain anything and simply told us to "take it up with Westfield." Even some of the people at the front gave inconsistent answers about when they arrived. Because of this, the group that was placed ahead of us received all the popular watch colours, while the people who had genuinely waited and followed the rules missed out. That is not fair in any way. All we wanted was equal treatment and a fair system for everyone who waited properly and respected the rules set out by Swatch and Westfield. Instead, it felt like certain people were given preferential treatment while everyone else was expected to stay quiet and accept it. Here is proof that we were first in line with the photos provided maybe Westfield should go check their security cameras and prove me wrong. Here is the 11 people with “health issues” with heart conditions apparently waiting 15 hrs. upstairs in front of us. CHECK OUT THE PICS

Bondi Shopping Centre is a fantastic place for shopping and spending time with family and friends. It has a great variety of stores, cafes, and restaurants all in one convenient location. The centre is always clean, well-organised, and has a welcoming atmosphere. I really enjoyed the friendly customer service and the easy parking access. Whether you need groceries, fashion, or just a nice coffee, this shopping centre has everything you need. Highly recommended for a relaxed and enjoyable shopping experience!

The valet team went above and beyond from the moment we arrived, quickly noticing our tyre was flat and stepping in to ensure we were looked after. What could have been stressful was handled with genuine care and professionalism, immediately putting us at ease. A special thank you to Wayne, the manager, who personally ensured our car was safely moved to allow repairs without disruption. His attention to detail and calm approach made all the difference. An exceptional experience—this level of service and care truly stands out.
