Went here for the Ryde Eisteddfod and it was an absolute shambles. They let ten people in at a time, despite there being a huge number of people including small children, spilling onto the street. They made everyone sign in to the club at 8am on a Sunday when there is literally no-one else there, and then only had two sign-in machines operating - if you're going to enforce this, please make it easy. We had bought tickets but by the time we were able to enter the actual auditorium after waiting and queing for an hour, there were no seats available. Not sure if this was a problem with the Club or the Eisteddfod organisation, or both, but it was incredibly badly run and a really poor experience.

id=“82157”} We come here regularly for swimming and always have a great experience. The pool is clean, well maintained, and a good size. What I like most is that there’s always a nice HOT shower after swimming, which is a big plus. It’s a great place to swim.

Rodman Ip 12 April 2026 The Manager Ryde -Eastwood Leagues Club Subject: Formal Complaint – Unacceptable Service on 12 April 2026 at Crystal Jade Seafood Restaurant Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at Crystal Jade Seafood Restaurant on 12 April 2026. My wife and I arrived for dinner at approximately 6:15 pm and placed our food order at 6:19. After waiting for one hour, we had not received any food. During this time I spoke with several waiters and waitresses to follow up our order but our order appeared to have been ignored. When I asked the manger Ting again , I was informed that he will cancell our order without an explanation to us. No offer for an replacement order , nor were we given a clear reason for the cancellation. As members of the club, we found this level of service unacceptable, especially after waiting for an extended period. There's definitely a severe communication failure between the kitchen staff with the dinning floor colleagues. As a result, our dining experience was ruined and we left without being served. This reflects poorly on both the restaurant and the club management skills. I would appreciate your response addressing the following: 1. An explanation of why our order wasn't followed up , ignored and then cancelled without a clear reason given to us. 2. What steps will be taken to prevent this from happening to other patrons . Went there for lunch on a Sunday. I had the Hawaiian pizza and it was really nice 😋. My friends had the seafood platter, and it looked good, lots of food for 2 people. Overall it was good; fast friendly service and good value for money, especially for members 🙂
