We had family visiting over the holidays and decided to dine at The Greens North Sydney. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The service was excellent, the food was delicious—kudos to the chefs for such a great spread—and the ambience was relaxed and welcoming. A really enjoyable dining experience and one we’d happily recommend.
Our company had its Christmas Party here and it was a great success. The atmosphere is laid back and relaxed, with a number of food stations in a large marquee where you can find something to suit all tastes. I can’t comment on the food or drink prices as it was company funded. The bowling is a great way to interact with team members as it involves a lot of standing around, and you may uncover a hidden talent as you go. Don’t worry if it’s raining as they provide ponchos to keep you dry. One star deducted as the harbour views are currently blocked by a large hoarding due to roadworks on the Warringah Freeway. They’ve printed the view onto the wooden panels but it’s not the same. Recommended as a Christmas Party venue.
First time visitor, the Greens is a little gem. Excellent beer choice, excellent food. We arrived after a football game at North Sydney Oval next door so it was quite busy, but the service was fast and the staff were very careful to ensure our large group received our orders quickly and accurately. The cheeseburger was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend.
Nice large outdoor area but the food is very average and expensive. My salmon salad is too salty. Most of choices are pub food
Fantastic place for a drink or a meal. Plenty of open space, plenty of indoor space, plenty of tables, and large bowling greens if you feel like playing. Food is average price for the area, but it's good quality and you certainly won't go hungry. Some play areas for kids, but also it backs onto a massive public park so the kids can run around there if needed.
