Had such a lovely Friday night at Cinder. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, cosy, and inviting — the kind of place where you can easily lose track of time over good food and conversation. We started with cocktails, the lobster roll, and kingfish ceviche. Both starters were packed with flavour, with the ceviche being especially fresh and refreshing. For mains, we ordered the steak and duck confit, and both dishes were beautifully cooked and full of flavour. A special mention to the staff, who were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the evening. The service felt genuine and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We finished with the crème brûlée, and I'm glad we saved room for it — the perfect sweet ending to a great meal. Would happily return and recommend it for a date night or a catch-up with friends.!
An interesting range of menus available. We had the Parisian menu. The prawn entree was quite flavoursome, steak tartare was nice but scallops were a little bland. The barramundi and meat share plate were very generous serve. The lemon crepe for dessert needed more zing and would be best served with ice-cream. Staff were all helpful and friendly.
The perfect spot for all the carnivores! We did the all you can eat Brazilian BBQ which had a great selection of different meats. My favourites were the beef chimichurri, smoked chicken chorizo and lamb marinated with fresh herb and garlic! It’s great value for $$ at 87pp and comes with a range of side dishes! We also did the seafood add on which I highly recommend! The cinnamon sugar BBQ pineapple was the perfect finish. Light, refreshing and full of flavour. From the cocktail menu we tried the spicy margarita, amaretto sour and negroni with the spicy margarita being our top pick!
Had a super romantic date night at Cinder! The ambience is exactly what you want for a date night. We had 400g Black Onyx New York Striploin — definitely enough for two people, and confit duck for mains, the latter had an unexpected flavour combo. As for dessert, we had a crème brûlée which was served with ice cream, very nice.
Yesterday at dinner I booked and I just wanna say everything was amazing, the welcoming, tbe food was perfectly accurate to our appetite. We ordered the banquet platter was so delicious with different type of meat 😋 the steak was so good my compliment to the chefs, a bottle of sparkling Moscato rose so good 😊 and the cheesecake passion fruit was so great it feel jelly texture and good balance 😋, there were 3 staff so lovely to us a French girl, a guy with glasses, and another girl they were so fresh to speak and easy so lovely the services thank for making me my limoncello😅, the atmosphere feeling great with good music 🎶. I really recommend this restaurant. Cheers 🥂
