Came here for nostalgia’s sake. Used to come to Hog’s Breath Cafe in Cronulla all the time. Drove all the way out to Penrith just for this. The food was expensive and shockingly bad. The steaks were very old and rubbery + cooked poorly. There was no crust and they were soft and had no seasoning. Not to mention they were almost $40. Sauce wasn’t even included. Honestly the worst steak I have ever had from a restaurant- this place has really fallen off. I’m not sure if this is the standard here in Penrith because I’m not sure how anyone would rate this place 5 stars.

Had a great experience at this restaurant,, came here on Sunday night with my wife and three children,, ordered steak, burgers , chicken and desserts with beverages,, the food was absolutely beautiful, the waitresses were amazing and so was the manager running the bar,, even got to meet the head chef at the end of the night and thanked her for a beautiful meal

The steak was tough and very unpleasant to eat. Disappointing as not the same 18h steaks as before. Panthers steaks much better for half the price. See for yourself. Edit re reply - agree, a 18 hour prime rib was not ordered, my point being for essentially the same price as a prime rib, 40 dollars, one would expect the same quality, not the same tenderness.

Fantastic food. Wonderful service. Was there for my daughters birthday and grand daughters birthday. The staff were amazing couldnt be any more helpful. The food was great. Thank you to the staff at hogs breath for making the night carefree and amazing.

I came in with my two daughters tonight for a meal, absolutely stellar service. A young woman named Elle went above and beyond to make my girls enjoy their evening out. The food was brilliant and thr atmosphere was warm and inviting.
