Exceptional experience!!!!!!!!!! From start to finish, the service was of the highest standard with a warm greeting, prompt allocation to your designated seats, polite, professional, and well-informed staff on the entire menu range, allowing for informed decisions to be made on food selection.The staff provided a warm, caring, and comfortable environment and allowed for ample time for food and drink selections to be made. BTW, they greeted and interacted with friendly smiles always.The food was of a GOLD standard as always, and I never regretted dining there. Their signature Wagyu Rib-eye was to die for and cooked to perfection. The knife cuts through it like a hot knife through butter. In reality, it does not matter what you order, as you will not be disappointed.The staff and front-of-house staff also need to be commended on their professionalism, as they are the cogs that make the place work smoothly and efficiently. From the time of booking, they understand the importance of making you feel welcome, comfortable, valued, and most importantly, part of their family. They know how to make your experience go from an exceptional experience to making it an UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE. They go above and beyond and provide a complimentary birthday dessert along with singing and sparkle as part of the experience. I would encourage anyone who has not been fortunate enough to dine there to make it a priority, as you will not be disappointed in any aspect. With all this said, I wanted to thank the entire staff one more time for the excellent service provided last night in making my mother's 80th Birthday celebration an unforgettable event. Thank you

Meat & Wine Co in Parramatta is one of my favourite places to enjoy a good steak, and it never disappoints. The quality of the food is consistently excellent. The pork ribs were incredibly juicy and cooked to perfection, falling easily off the bone. The marinade was well balanced and full of flavour. We also tried the dry-aged O’Connor New Yorker on the bone. It was well cooked and very flavourful, although slightly chewy in some parts. The Hasselback potato was also delicious and a great side to complement the steak. Overall, the service was good and the dining experience was very enjoyable. Everything we ordered was tasty, and it remains one of my favourite places for steak in Parramatta

Cannot find a single fault, this place is amazing! The Chef has cooked every steak (9 steaks) ordered perfectly and that is rare to happen, no pun intended. You knew everyone was enjoying their meal as there was pure silence across the table. We were graced with a private room located upstairs overlooking the river and the vibe was calm and sophisticated. Service was exceptional with friendly staff that were sufficient and accomodating throughout our sitting. Paid parking can be found nearby.

Great palace for steaks and wine as their name suggest. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Place was spacious and nicely lit. Ordered their aged steak southern range rib eye on the bone. It was perfectly cooked, juicy tender, fatty and it was charred nicely. The 'chocolate block' wine was great. It was perfect balance of sweetness and complexity. Also they Chivas whisky flight really complimented the steak.

Celebrated a friend's birthday dinner here where we booked a private room. The room is fantastic, comfortable, nicely furnished with a good view of the restaurant and the river. We ordered a Tasting Platter to share was great, esp. pork belly and the boerewors are nicely done. I then had the exclusive Monte Fillet with cream garlic sauce, it was the best piece of steak I had for a long time. Cooked to medium but the meat is still very juicy and tender. Maybe pricey when considering the portion but the quality made it worthwhile. The unfortunate thing during our dinner is that some of us found the side salad not having clean properly. We informed the staff, which had the manager attend to our complaints. They had the salad replaced but made no difference, the manager had the kitchen made a new batch for us to try but lost the desire to have anymore. In the end, I guess, for not being able the resolve the problem the restaurant gave my friend a birthday dessert as well as having the Tasting Platter on the house. A little sour note for the night but I got to give the staff 5 stars for their effort to try to resolve the issue asap and compensate in other ways when one way didn't work. Overall the staff serving us are already very friendly and attentive during our dining experience. I hope they fixed the salad issue so it isn't a problem with my next visit.
