I have to say, 9 stars for atmosphere, meals, presentation all great. A shout out to the professional but friendly staff that made us feel so comfortable. The meals were very impressive the chef did a fantastic job. Unfortunately no matter how well you cook a poor cut of meat it's still crap. This steak was too thinly cut and of poor quality. For nearly $90 I expect a lot better. Be careful what you order, but otherwise great experience...
Went to eat here with my Fiancé and her family. We were greeted by a lovely and welcoming young gentleman by the name of Von. Great table mannerism and always clarified questions with senior staff working there. He told us how long the time was for the food to be cooked due to the restaurant being full of customers. During the waiting time he would come and reassure us, always reminding us if anything is need to let him know. The food was nicely cooked and seasoned. The ambiance in the restaurant was nice. Overall great service, unable to fault anything at this stage. Special thanks to Von for his hard work!
Von made our entire experience at Volcanoes exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His professionalism, genuine friendliness, and attention to detail were second to none. He was always one step ahead, making sure everything was perfect without us ever having to ask. It’s rare to come across service this outstanding, and Von truly set the standard for what great hospitality should be. He was hands down the best server we’ve had in a long time and made our visit unforgettable. If you’re dining at Volcanoes, I highly recommend asking for Von. you won’t be disappointed. Thank you for the amazing service. We’ll definitely be back because of you!
I came here a few weeks ago for my best friend’s birthday and it was an absolute treat. Our server, Von, was attentive and got all of our orders correct. My food was perfect and I thoroughly enjoyed the seasonal mocktail I had. The staff came out and gave my best friend a complimentary dessert since it was her birthday and it added to the already welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend!
