me and my boyfriend went here last night and our server Eksha was so friendly and lovely! she recommended me the wagyu scotch fillet and the blue lagoon drink and omg they were both so good!! the mash potato and the gravy were outstanding too literally so delicious! after that we got dessert i wanted cream on top of my hot chocolate because it originally doesn’t come with it and Eksha made sure that happened which i really appreciated thank you so much! my boyfriend got the biscoff tiramisu and i had a bite and omg it was so good i don’t really like coffee and you can’t really taste the coffee in it that’s why i loved it so much the biscoff compliments it perfectly and it was honestly one of the best desserts i’ve had my hot chocolate was the perfect temperature too and tasted amazing! 🫶 thank you so much Eksha for your amazing service you were so kind, friendly and attentive and you really made our whole experience so much better it wouldn’t have been the same without you thank you again we’ll definitely be back! ❤️

I’m so sorry I missed your name, but I want to give a special thank you to the Young male Nepalese host who welcomed us at the front entrance on 11/07/2026. Even though I arrived late for my reservation, you greeted us with kindness and understanding. You went above and beyond to make things work by arranging another table for us, which I truly appreciated. We were celebrating my friend's birthday, and you made the occasion even more special by making sure all of my requests were taken care of. Your professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for your guests did not go unnoticed. Thank you for your outstanding customer service and hard work. You made our evening memorable, and we are so grateful. We look forward to visiting again! April our server is very friendly, attentive, professional. She checked in regularly to make sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We first tried Volcano's in Melbourne and had such a good experience that we confidently brought our friends to the Parramatta location on our second visit. We ordered the Peri Peri Pizza, which we had really enjoyed in Melbourne. The taste was slightly different this time, but still very enjoyable. We also ordered a steak, which was cooked well and tasted great. The ambience was pleasant, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. Unfortunately, the pasta was undercooked and not enjoyable to eat. A staff member did ask for feedback, and we mentioned the issue, but there was no acknowledgment or follow-up. We ended up leaving the entire pasta untouched, which felt like a complete waste. The drink we ordered was also much sweeter than expected. What disappointed us most wasn't the undercooked pasta itself mistakes can happen but the lack of response after we raised our concern. For a fine dining restaurant, we expected at least some acknowledgment or an effort to make things right. Overall, while we enjoyed the steak and appreciated the friendly service, the way our feedback was handled left us disappointed. I would happily return for the steak, but because of this experience, we'll probably explore other steakhouses in Sydney instead. I hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and uses reviews like this to improve the overall dining experience.

Had a fantastic dining experience at Volcanos Steakhouse Parramatta! The food was absolutely delicious, with perfectly cooked steaks that were tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The portion sizes were generous, and everything we ordered was fresh and well-presented. The service was just as impressive. The staff specially Shahed were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were quick to assist with any requests and ensured we had a comfortable and enjoyable meal.

Celebrated Mother’s Day at Volcanos on Sunday (10/05/2026 at 11:30am). The food was delicious. I loved the steak, it was cooked perfectly, and the Biscoff Espresso Martini has me obsessed! Even the bruschetta was amazing; my 1.5-year-old daughter couldn’t stop eating it. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming too. The highlight of the day was when your floor manager came up to me and said, “We have a special gift for you, Mum, to celebrate Mother’s Day,” and handed me a pair of socks. I actually started crying. The way she spoke was so genuine, and it truly touched my heart. It wasn’t about the gift itself, but the way your staff treated me on such a special day. Thank you so much for making me feel so appreciated. And the socks were a lovely bonus, they’re very comfortable too! Thank you again ❤️
