Sushi Train at Macquarie Centre is one of those places my family keeps coming back to it’s a genuine family favourite and it never lets us down. The sashimi is consistently good quality, fresh and nicely cut, and there are heaps of options rolling past on the train. One thing we really appreciate is that you’re not limited to what you can spot going by — if you can’t see what you want, you can simply order it, which makes it easy when everyone in the family is craving something different. Our go-to every time is the salmon and avocado rolls — simple, but done really well and always satisfying. The salmon nigiri is another standout in our household: the Karachi chicken is always delicious, full of flavour, and a nice change-up among the seafood choices. If you’re after a sushi train spot that’s dependable, family-friendly, and consistently tasty, this one in Macquarie Centre is absolutely worth a visit — especially if you love salmon as much as we do.

Went here for dinner and had a bit of a mixed experience. The service was excellent—everyone was very friendly, attentive, and the food came out quickly, which I really appreciated. The nigiri was a little disappointing. The rice was quite hard and cold, and I found the fish slices to be cut too thin and too small, so it didn't feel like great value for the price. That said, I really enjoyed the sushi rolls. They were fresh, tasty, and definitely the highlight of the meal. Overall, while there are some areas that could be improved, the friendly service and good sushi rolls made for a decent experience.

Best value traditional “Sushi Train” style restaurant. Every plate is same price, except the all gold & all black plates are dearer. Good service & good food. Thank you Team Mitzu at Macquarie Shopping Centre where the cinemas & Strike Bowling level are.
