They had plenty of open spaces to have foods, nice views, and the kitchen area seemed to be clean and neat. I had a friend who’s working here so I went to see her, and found an amazingly tasty sushi place 🥹 Their special rolls are amazing, and I would like to try those bentos / rice menus next time! Also the serving portions were quite large for 1 person so you can almost share 1 roll for 2 people. (feels like a 1.5 serving)

Moon Fresh Sushi Miranda is honestly such a gem. The sushi rolls are so large, fresh, beautifully made and you can really tell care goes into the food. Everything is full of flavour and tastes fresh, generous and delicious. The staff are friendly, efficient and welcoming which makes the whole experience even better. It’s the kind of place you can rely on for a quick lunch, an easy dinner or a fresh sushi fix when you want something tasty and well made. The quality is consistently great and the portions are fantastic. Highly recommend Moon Fresh Sushi Miranda to anyone who loves fresh sushi and great service.

Came in hungry, left full… but emotionally unfulfilled. Okonomiyaki? More like okono-why-though. A doughy mystery pancake with a chicken cameo so brief it should’ve been credited as an extra. DNA traces of cabbage. The sauce tried to save it—but even it looked like it gave up halfway through. Pretty disappointed. Yakisoba Chicken was serviceable and budget-friendly, but the “rich flavor” in the description didn’t quite translate. The noodles filled us up, though the chicken quality was average. Beef cholpan finally showed up to the party with some decent protein and flavour - but even then, it felt like the chef got halfway through caring and then took a smoke break. Good value and filling portions make this a solid choice if you’re watching your wallet - but if you’re chasing bold flavors or a standout dish, you might want to explore other spots. If you decide to give it a go, keep your expectations at medium heat.

Have come here many times with family and food is always great. We mostly order large rolls and they're always packed with meat. Fresh salmon rolls always come with a good serving unlike many places and since rolls are made to order, chicken katsu rolls always come out with warm fresh chunks of meat. A bit disappointed that fresh tuna is no longer an option. Unlike some of the comments we have never had any issues with staff and the one time there was a mistake with our bill it was easily sorted out.

Don't come expecting authenticity, but come if you want a value-oriented filling meal. Their chef's special sushi menu has heaps to choose from, with each plate being massive in size and certainly enough for a single serving on its own.
