Definitely convenient and made fresh on premises every day but the quality of ingredients is definitely going downhill. I recommend ordering their platters a day in advance at least but I’ve found the ingredients used in the platters have varied and they are using cheaper ingredients like the imitation crab stick a lot to fill the rolls. The sushi team is generally quite helpful and being in woolies, it’s super convenient to grab a quick bite. Their aburi salmon and the crunchy rolls are very satisfying.
My fav sushi place! The fish was very fresh. Highly recommend it!
ITS DEFINITELY NOT A SUSHI RESTAURANT!!!! It’s Woolworths in-house sushi department located inside the supermarket so food is made fresh between 9-5 ish and then what’s left is in the refrigerated display case till end of day ok product if you get it fresh Pretty ordinary and dried out after a while in the fridge Convenience food!
Very high quality! Good classics and a lot of creativity in new variations.
