Absurdly expensive! Paid $15 for "salmon salad" that featured five pieces of salmon and three lettuce leaves. Sushi rolls were not made fresh. Avoid.

Worst so called "tonkusu ramen" I've ever had. Broth just tasted like MSG, packet noodles and weird ingredients (button mushroom, three tiny slice of grilled pork). No Onsen egg, just a half collapsed poached egg in the broth. Sydney is full of amazing Asian food, it's laughable they expect this low quality offering to fly in this market.

I’ve been going to sushi man since before I can remember and the quality, taste and service has never been less than amazing. It’s my favourite sushi in Sydney, if not anywhere, and I won’t get sushi anywhere else! The staff are so beautiful and friendly, one of the best additions to Balmain, the peninsula wouldn’t be the same without them :)
