The food was actually not bad, they taste good, but they put less variation on the rail. i ordered the inari tobiko, unagi nigiri, salmon & tobiko roll, and lobster salad (idk they’re not made from the real lobster but still good), and small cooked tuna sushi witj cucumber. the problem when I entered the website through the QR code is, manu menus don’t have a picture so it makes us think twice before we order them. staffs are so hospitable, they even let me charged my phone what the battery was 5%

Fresh, high-quality fish with an endless variety of dishes to choose from. Everything was full of flavour and beautifully presented. A great sushi train experience in Double Bay

Serious Food Safety Violation & Extremely Poor Staff Management I was served raw pork gyoza twice in one visit yesterday — my child ate several pieces before we realized. Instead of showing any concern, the staff simply said, “Do you want a new one?” with no apology, no urgency, and no understanding of the seriousness of serving raw pork. The manager’s response was even worse. He denied the issue, insisted it was “impossible to be raw,” and dismissed my concerns about my child’s health. This level of defensiveness and lack of accountability is deeply unprofessional and shows a complete failure of management. My child later had a diarrhea , making this incident even more alarming. The combination of dangerous food safety practices and shockingly poor staff training and leadership has destroyed my trust. I will be reporting this to the NSW Food Authority and Woollahra Council. This restaurant urgently needs to fix both its kitchen standards and its staff management.

Very disappointed in the customer service today. We have been regular customers of this place but today was our last visit. We arrived with 2 kids, one newborn in the pram and were on our way to the table as discussed with one lovely female staff. The interaction followed was very disappointing by another female staff member who very rudely told us we can’t bring the pram in. We had to leave the venue without eating. Very poor handling of a family friendly restaurant!!! We will not go back and inform our friends and family of the incident.
