The taste was just okay; the braised pork sauce was sparse, making it feel underwhelming in flavor. 🍜 **Braised Beef Noodles** I initially wanted to change the type of noodles, but the owner recommended the traditional ones as the best. The noodles were indeed bouncy and chewy. The beef was tender, and the noodles were satisfyingly firm! The broth had a slight medicinal taste—it's decent but not extraordinary. 🍗 **Salt & Pepper Chicken** This seemed to be a popular choice, as almost every table had ordered it. My expectations were quite high. The flavor of the first bite was pretty good, but the outer layer had a bit too much batter. The chicken pieces were quite large, and I felt that smaller pieces might absorb the flavor better. 💭 **Overall:** The value for money is reasonable, with an average spend of around $25-28 per person. The place isn't very big, so you might have to wait if you don't come at the right time. It's not ideal for large groups. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes! I was too full to try any desserts this time, but the pictures look tempting. I might come back just for that! 😌 There's also a sister store next door that mainly offers bread, cakes, and pastries.

Mixed experience. Just a heads-up: there’s a minimum spend of $10 per person to dine in, which wasn’t clearly communicated upfront. Service left a lot to be desired—staff seemed disengaged and not particularly welcoming. On a brighter note, the dessert was decent, though not standout. Overall, not somewhere I’d rush back to, but others might have a better experience.

Cozy traditional asian restaurant, can definitely feel the the heritage accumulated from this eatery’s history. We arrived at around 1830, taro ball already sold out so we ordered tofu pudding and milk tea. You can add up to three toppings for tofu pudding, taro ball. The milk tea is nice and strong, boba is soft texture. There is also a good selection of Taiwanese dish and street food, would like to try next time for lunch/dinner. There is a minimum requirement $10 per person.

Would just like to initially start by commending the exceptional service we received from the place as the glassed male was attentive to our table and our food arrived promptly after ordering. The food was also quite delicious with only the noodle soup being quite average BUT the fried chicken was exceptionally well done as it was seasoned well and still juicy in the inside. There were so many things on the menu that I would return to try and if possible would try go for dessert too but we got too full this time around.

I love me some authentic Taiwanese beef noodle soup especially on a cold and rainy day! My friend brought me here for the first time, and the spices in the beef noodle soup were spot on and it hit the spot for me for sure! My friend ordered a hot and sour noodle soup and had a lot of black fungus mushrooms which were yummy 🤤! They were very generous with their portions! It is a small restaurant, definitely worth the little wait if they don’t have tables available.
