Our favourite Taiwanese restaurant in Sydney. We love the variety of Taiwanese dishes available. From classic street food to stir fry’s and noodle soups, you won’t leave hungry at Hungry Paulie. Recommend their set meals for the best value. Servings are big so bring your stomachs!
Decent taiwanese food in eastwood. It can get quite crowded but the lines ease up quickly. Food comes out quite quick as well. Their pork intestine soup was tasty, very garlicky and thick. The beef noodle soup was also good. Wish they had some extra chilli oil to add to the dish but they only had fermented chilli's. They also have a huge selection of options from breakfast to dinner.
Went there late afternoon for early dinner. My first time at this Taiwanese restaurant and I was impressed how authentic the food! Order minced pork rice and oyster omelette which were really good. Lots of traditional dishes, must come back again.
Food here is pretty good. We ordered a couple of dishes and they all were good, no excellent. Overall it was very good value for money. Restaurant was clean and free of trash on tables and floors.
Absolutely love the Taiwanese stinky tofu here! It has a perfect honeycomb-like texture - crispy on the outside, airy and flavourful on the inside.
