The food was really good, as always. No complaints there. But the front counter staff today? Absolutely shocking attitude. Especially the glasses-wearing, heavier-set lady. She looked like she didn’t want to be there at all – like I personally owed her a million dollars. All I did was politely ask why the fish portion was so small and why there was only one slice. As you can see in the photo, the piece of fish was basically half a portion. The round bit in the middle isn’t even meat, yet she insisted that this is the “normal size”. Come on. If there wasn’t a big hole in the middle, sure – maybe that’s normal. But what’s with the circle? By that logic, next time you could just cut a massive hole in the middle of the fish and still call it “normal size” because the outer shape looks big enough. I’m a regular customer here. I know what the usual portion looks like, and lately the servings have definitely gotten smaller. The previous front staff were friendly and easy to talk to. Recently it seems like there’s been a change, and the service has gone downhill. If you’re having a bad day, maybe don’t take it out on customers. We’re just here to enjoy a meal. Your boss is paying you to provide service, not attitude. As shown in the second photo, this is what I actually received — a very small piece of fish. In the past, the previous staff would normally give one and a half pieces, sometimes even two, for a portion like this. However, this staff member insisted that this is “normal”. If this is considered normal now, then what exactly is the large empty circle in the middle supposed to be? That section isn’t even edible meat. It’s disappointing to see standards drop like this. I genuinely have to commend the previous front counter staff — they were fair, friendly, and understood what proper portioning looked like. As for the current attitude… if someone is unhappy being at work, they shouldn’t take it out on customers. Customers don’t deserve to be treated with hostility over a simple and reasonable question. Do better.

By far the best Taiwanese food I have had and I’m from Melbourne, I have been coming and craving for their food every time I come to Sydney over last 8 years or so. For a food court type fast food and price, I honestly couldn’t care less for service as long as food is good, serving generous. Will continue to visit when in sydney.

It’s good for mall food, they had different options and is always rotating so no worries about getting sick , the price is good and the service is fast !

Our favorite place for quick lunch in Sydney CBD. Affordable and fair portion. You can choose all meats at the same time 😍 My lil daughter always asks eating here everytime we are going to City.

Great food and value for money takeaway. I really like the cauliflower dish but all options are tasty including different veggies and proteins. Super fast service as well so I don't mind if they're not super friendly lol
