Bikel Bela Deshi Snacks & Takeaway, what a delightful beginning! The shop officially opened today at 12:00 PM, and I had the pleasure of taking my whole family along after receiving an invitation. Opening day is always special, and Bikel Bela made it even more memorable with some genuinely delicious food and warm hospitality. Not every item was available on the very first day, which is completely understandable, but we still had the chance to taste their Mini Chicken Slider, Liver Singara, Sweet Lassi, Beef Tehari, Chicken Roll and Tea. And the tea deserves a special mention! It was excellent, rich, perfectly balanced and, in my opinion, probably one of the best cups of tea you can find in the South West area. The Mini Chicken Slider was absolutely mouth-watering. Fresh, flavourful and beautifully prepared. The Liver Singara was another favourite, crispy, yummy and generously filled with liver. The Beef Tehari and Chicken Roll were equally enjoyable, while the Sweet Lassi was a lovely way to round things off. The space may be small, but who measures care, hospitality and service in square metres? The team was welcoming, attentive and genuinely passionate about what they are serving. This is only the beginning, and I am definitely going back to explore the rest of the menu, especially the Chinese Deal, which I’m already looking forward to trying. Congratulations to the entire Bikel Bela team on the opening. Wishing you all the very best for this delicious journey ahead. 5 stars, and definitely worth a visit.
