I'm a regular customer at Chick-on-Charcoal and have tried several items from the menu over time. This time, I had the Brazilian Smash Burger with fries, and it was absolutely amazing. In my opinion, it's the most complete and flavorful burger I've ever had. The burger was juicy, full of flavor, and the fries were the perfect addition. Highly recommended!
I had an amazing experience! The Xis Gaúcho was absolutely delicious — fresh ingredients, generous portions, and authentic Brazilian flavor that reminded me of home. The meat was perfectly cooked, the bread was soft and fresh, and every bite was packed with flavor. The service was friendly and welcoming, and you can really tell that everything is prepared with care and passion. If you’re looking for a genuine taste of Southern Brazil, I highly recommend trying the Xis Gaúcho. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
A total hidden gem in Dee Why! A friend recommended this to us, and we are so glad we finally came to try it. The food was amazing. The chicken was incredibly juicy and flavorful, and the chips were absolutely spot on—perfectly crispy and seasoned just right. If you’re in the area, this is definitely a must-try. We will absolutely be coming back for more!!!
Great place with consistently tasty food across the menu. The burger is juicy, and all the ingredients work well together. The chicken salad and quarter chicken meal were also great. The only improvement I’d suggest is filling the containers a bit more generously with food.
I was truly surprised by how good everything was. It’s an incredible amount of food for only $23. The beans are completely vegan, with no meat at all, yet they are absolutely delicious. The potato salad is incredible, the truffle sauce is unbelievably delicious and the chicken… I honestly have no words to describe how good it is. Five stars only because I can’t give more!
