Chicken is really good, I tried so many chicken shops and so far flappys fried chicken is the best! The salad option was also outstanding! The flavours blend in so well and the lemonade with it, is so refreshing. Will come back next time for more.
We visited Penrith when it first opened and it was terrible. When we saw Miranda being built, we said we'd give it another go being local. This time, it slapped! The Chilli Bang had a nice kick with good portions of slaw, pickles, though, could do with more sauce. I had to add extra as it was a little on the dry side. The chicken tenders (chilli and original) were nice, crispy, flavoursome, though, quite small. KFC tenders are bigger. I've had pretty much all fried chicken in Sydney, these were amongst the smallest tenders (Pappa Flock, Hot Clucker, Supernash, Fried Brothers, list goes on). The pancakes were nice and fluffy. When you add the tenders and hot honey or maple, they're next level. I could of had 10 of them. Pancakes were quite good. Portions need to be a bit bigger (I think that's why they gave us 5 tenders, not 4 per our order. The two people on shift made a few mistakes, lucky I spotted it and got it sorted. Flappy sauce, maple, and hot honey were amazing. The ranch is terrible. Tastes like Tzatziki and was watery, nothing like Ranch. Overall 9/10, quite pleased with our experience, food, and quality. Portions need to be bigger when compared to the competition. That said, overall, reasonably priced.
The chicken was well-cooked and very tender. The flavour was delicious, and it’s very affordable. One box is huge—enough for two people.
the food tastes good but ordered a vegetarian meal (mushroom sandwich and onion rings) and found chicken in my onion rings. so that’s 10 years of vegetarianism down the drain🙃
Place is really great! Tried classic chicken and tenders and its sooooo tastyyyyy! Will definitely eat here again. Staffs are accommodating too ❤️
