Ordered quite a large amount of food for a family of 8. Got home and they had forgotten the seafood sticks. Called them up and they said to come back after not being able to understand me on the phone. Got down there and they argued the point saying we didnt order them and refused to give me 4 seafood sticks blah blah blah. I got fed up and walked out. Fish bites were okay but the rest was well below average. I suggest a bit more customer service and accepting your mistakes would make this place thrive a little bit more, especially when a customer has spent a very large ampunt. Was way better when the older greek couple owned it when it was new. I wont be back.
Usually really great but there was a couple of hairs in my daughter’s chips and gravy. Please wear hair nets🙏
Fish ,chips and chicken Snitzel burger were amazing . 10 /10 .
First time ever trying this place, I had always seen locals raving about this place. So I ordered a whole chicken and chips plus beef burger. It took a while to get the food so I had to sit down for a few minutes. The inside of the restaurant seemed debit outdated. The chips where fantastic, I did not like the fact that they placed the packet of chips in the plastic bag which made them very soggy.In this day and age it is much more sustainable to pack food in paper bags than plastic bags. The chicken was not fresh for sure it seemed as though it was fried. I don’t know might be wrong . it was not cutting into smaller pieces. Sadly did not enjoy the chicken seemed excited and cooked up, prepared a while back, so it was not fresh. We very much enjoyed the beef burger.
Waited 45 minutes only to receive terrible food. The fish was cooked in oil that was so old it didn’t even stick to the fish. Grilled fish was dry and cold. It’s unfortunate because we have previously had good food.
