The girl who worked when I came on a Sunday afternoon was on her own but did great. She was super helpful and really nice. I got the chicken bites and i liked it a lot
Absolutely delicious! This Taiwanese-style XXL fried chicken is crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. It truly reminds me of the famous street food from Taiwan. Highly recommended if you want an authentic Taiwanese taste.
The original chicken is huge, cooked fast, crispy outside and juicy inside, going so well with the Taiwanese-style salt pepper flavour 😋 Strongly recommended!
The product is standard product and price is good. However the service is terrible. Thursday night at 7:30 at the star, called the staff member twice. He is hiding at the back and not coming out. The other staff member from Gong Cha was trying to help and called the staff member twice and no result. After waiting another 5 mins, I was yelling loudly to the back to check if he is still opening or willing to serve or not. He is not even coming out and just stand behind the shelf and advised come back in 10 mins. I am ok if the business is not open, I will just leave. Not waiting there without proper response. Very disappointed.
Recently they hired these two girls at Hot Star in The Star casino. Seems like they don’t want to work. Always take break and close the counter during business hour. And if they are there, they said the chicken is not fresh. The boys are amazing though. They work very hard and give great customer services. I hope the owner read this.
