I had a terrible experience during my drive throu today as I ordered a zinger and look at the chicken photo attached. I tried to contact the local store more than 8 times and no one responded. This is chicken and you donβt leave uncooked like this.
I ordered a deal through the app for pick up at Fairfield. I had a friend pick it up for me. He dropped it straight off less than 5 mins after pick-up. The food was barely warm. I asked my friend if it was sitting there and he said he watched the staff pack it up for him. The chicken, nuggets,potato and gravy and chips were barely warm. I had to microwave it to get it up to proper safe temperature. Very disappointing and very unsafe having food that isn't at a reasonable temperature. Maybe check your temperature on kitchen bays as nothing was hot. Considering chips and chicken are deep fried they should have been hot not bordering on cold. I shared the meal with my friend, hopefully we won't get ill. I won't ever be ordering from there again.
Usually the KFC Popcorn chicken Go bucket is not as filled compared to other KFCs but today I got mine half empty. This is ridiculous. New edit: what went down is exactly what you see. My go bucket I ordered being half empty!
Maybe it's a bad day or they are short of staff. The place did not have a clean table and the bins were all full. I decided to take away instead of eating in. That was a bad choice too ... π Packing the chicken upright would be nice too ... I was given pieces so small (see pics) that counted towards a piece of chicken. Chips were supposed to be LARGE but they only fill it half way. So hard to get good KFC these days.
Friday 13th February 2026 Time: 6:50pm - 7:30pm First time at this KFC for me Staffs were looking exhausted. Many queue at drive thru and I can see why. It's because this KFC actually charges for parking. Not like other KFC you go to elsewhere with free parking lot. Food was good though. Atmosphere is just average. The set up inside is abit cramped.
