This has to be the worst KFC we have had. The chicken was almost black, the oil was WAY overused, and I ordered and paid extra for items that weren't delivered. Don't eat here unless it's the only thing left on earth to eat.
This has got to be the worst KFC anywhere. Every single order they miss something. Saturday being the highlight. Bacon & cheese fillet burger meal had no bacon & cheese, and no chips. Easy to forget the chips I know 🤦🏻♂️ 21 piece bucket of original recipe and strips was 1 piece short, plus no BBQ sauce for the strips. Only thing they got right was a popcorn chicken. Hooray 🥳 Then there’s the delivery. All was jammed into one bag that was clearly not big or strong enough for the order. See pics of it on arrival. $95 order and I don’t think they could have stuffed it up any more other than sending an empty bag. Absolute joke. Update: Uber eats refunded me $6, not even enough to cover the missing items. And KFC, despite requesting i contact them, want nothing to do with it beyond "notifying the store". Zero care. Will not be eating it again purely on principal.
Me and my husband ordered zinger stacker large asked for everything fresh. Waited 15 minutes well worth the wait the tall gorgeous Cameron had a great personality and the sweet managers Jess produced the goods! Everything was fresh as promised well done guys!!!! Xx
Went through drive thru, rude drive-thru lady, laughed at us, started yelling in the microphone and very unclear about “when their chicken would be unready” food was surprisingly good though. -EDIT, KFC will probably put their crappy reply to this review as they do to all of their reviews. DO. BETTER.
Service is shocking i went there on my way home for a quick eat before my bus and when i ordered it took 15 mins and then they took my food away and talked to their friends in the kitechen and it took another 15 mins to get my food back and i would ask another worker to hand the food to me but thry said they are not my server. I had to miss my bus for the stupid run around. Unbelieve shocking service
