I ordered the family giant feast. The 15 peace were black with burnt old oil. Absolutely disgusting, I'm disappointed because I love KFC Chiken. They all had to go in the bin. This is the bottom of the KFC bucket.
Was quiet when I arrived with 3 cars in the drive through. No one inside but others did come in whilst I ate my meal inside. Plenty of empty car parks available. Food was fresh and hot. Wait time was only a couple of minutes. Staff were friendly and provided good service.
Waited more than 30 minutes for my meal. If they communicated prior to me ordering that there would be a wait on the chicken then I would’ve either ordered something else or left. After waiting 10 minutes I went in and asked what was the delay and got no answers Instead they proceeded to waste my time and not communicate or apologise for the excessive wait time. The staff working today are an absolute joke and require retraining in customer service.
Absolutely terrible experience at KFC Narellan. We waited over 30 minutes for our food, and not once did any staff member apologise or even acknowledge the delay. After all that waiting, we still never received our order. We ended up having to go back through the drive-through just to get a refund, which took another 15 minutes sitting in line. The customer service was honestly shocking — no communication, no urgency, and no basic courtesy. Completely unacceptable and a huge waste of time. Would recommend maccas next door much better service and speed.
The carpark has no lines making it impossible to park. We had to wait ages for our food and when we got our chips they had no salt. Upon asking for more salt on our chips the girls on the front counter gave us a rude look and a very loud sigh. They did not put my food in a bag and when I asked for a bag they were quite rude. The food that was given to us was cold as well. Overall I am extremely unimpressed with this KFC and their service
