Hands down the best kfc experience I have ever had. I came by very close to closing time on a Friday evening but the lovely serving girls Leah and Sarah were so patient and helpful. They made sure I was able to get the right qty I needed to feed my family and they were so helpful with suggestions. It was refreshing getting such exemplary service and also witnessing the fun and camaraderie between the girls as they worked. They are true assets to your team.
We arrived at 5:38pm 25/03/26 and ordered a Giant snack pack at the counter. We were told that the $1 wings promotion was only available through online ordering. That was fine I was happy to place the order myself. However, I found that I couldn’t complete the order online. I went back to the counter for assistance. At that point, I noticed the staff member (young Indian male) helping the customer before me place an order for a 10-pack of wings for $10, explaining that online orders had closed at 5:30pm. It seemed clear that this customer had encountered the same issue I was facing. Unfortunately, when it was my turn, the same staff member refused to help me place the order at the counter and simply repeated that online ordering had closed at 5:30pm and that he couldn’t assist further. This inconsistency was frustrating and disappointing. Being treated differently in the same situation, was quite shocking.
Surprised to open a box to chicken that looked half eaten. Chicken was extremely dry and overcooked. The boneless wicked wings were so dry it tasted like chicken breasts and the Chicken nugget had a bad taste. and above all the teen staff was extremely rude and unpleasing to deal with
Dirtiest KFC!!!! Yesterday, 30th Nov we bought lunch at KFC Top Ryde, my daughter started feeling unwell and started diarrhea!!! After checking what causes her to fell inwell, we saw the chicken nuggets with “FLY EGGS” on it! It was so disgusting! Did the Manger & crew failed to check or IT IS REALLY THEIR PRACTICE, A STORE DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR OF adding/mixing OLD and UNSOLD chickens to customers order so it’s not too obvious! Today, we checked the FLY EGGS DID NOT HATCH MEANING THAT HAS BEEN THERE LONG TIME!!!! Just disgusting and will not buy KFC anymore!!!!
I had an excellent experience at KFC Top Ryde. The staff were friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was prepared correctly and served promptly. Even though it was busy, the team remained professional, positive, and kept everything clean and well-organised. I was especially impressed by how fresh and crispy the food was when it arrived — it exceeded my expectations. Overall, the service was smooth, fast, and enjoyable. Very pleased with my visit and would highly recommend KFC Top Ryde for great food and outstanding service!
