I ordered a vegetarian pizza today around 11:30 am and i got my one pizza at 12:05 pm Worst madtopping store i visited and service is too poor. I had to wait more than 20 minutes just for a pizza. While the store is empty when i visited,staff member was just roaming around and telling me to wait for another 10 minutes whenever i ask.i will never visit this store again and won't recommend this to anyone. Although,I love to eat madtopping pizzas. That's why i came here but not anymore on this store.Even after i got my pizza, i feel it is worthless

I used to get great pizzas from here, one of the highlights in the area. I just picked up a zataar & cheese, and the disappointment couldn't scream louder. Cheese was great, but the zataar was nowhere to be found. Seeing it is supposed to be a feature ingredient I was hoping for a the real thing...... Now I wonder if all the pizzas are missing some punch....? Staff is great and friendly, but I came for the pizza!

Avoid, workers here are terrible and unclean. Used gloves to do rubbish then handed me my pizzas without taking gloves off. Missed my extra items on one of the pizzas but didn’t even tell me. Lucky I checked half way down the road and came back to complain. They ended up adding different extra items on without any apologies because they ran out of the original I added. So yeah terrible customer service and cleanliness. No wonder the shop itself looks so run down and decrepit, nobody has a sense of cleanliness to keep shop clean. Oh forgot to mention, I ordered a timed takeaway, got there right on time but pizzas were already made and cooling down. Ordered about 45 mins before my selected pickup time so seems like they made it quite early. Cold pizza is not ideal…

I am dismally disappointed and completely regret ordering from this place through doordash. The pizzas were so dry and tough with almost undetectable sauce, the bases were literally comparable to cardboard. I tired my jaw out from trying to chew though them and had to resort to picking at the shrivelled toppings, since the order cost way too much to just throw away. The pizzas were also delivered quite cold and sadly did not improve at all with reheating. I really don't recommend, especially for the price point. The bigger brands are just as bad, but hey at least they're faster and cheaper 🤷‍♀️

Came here with a friend of mine after completing our assignments! Firstly, the staffs there were super friendly and welcoming! We ordered the 2 large pizza deal and the staff that was serving us was so generous and kind. We ordered a cheaper pizza compared to the deal and she offered to upgrade our sides to a more expensive price to make our deal worth the price which she didn’t have to. Secondly, the Margarita pizza was superb! We also tried the tandoori pizza which was great. Definitely recommend the margarita pizza! Third, the cleanliness of the place was great as well. Although it was small, and have limited seats, place was clean. Overall, would recommend! Thank you to the staffs who were kind to us! Don’t know their name but you know who you are!
