Had dinner at Full Moon Thai Restaurant in Erskineville and it was one of the best Thai restaurants I've been to. The food was outstanding, with generous portions at a great price. I ordered the Pad Thai and Thai tea, and both were absolutely delicious. The service was friendly and attentive, and the ambience inside was warm and inviting, especially on a cold night. Overall, a fantastic dining experience, and I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
As someone who eats Thai food regularly, Full Moon Thai genuinely stands out. The flavours are authentic, balanced, and thoughtfully executed without being overly adjusted for local tastes. You can tell great care goes into both the ingredients and preparation. The open kitchen creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, allowing diners to see the attention given to each dish. The space itself is comfortable and inviting, with both indoor and outdoor seating that makes it suitable for any occasion, whether it’s a casual lunch or a relaxed dinner with friends. It’s increasingly rare to find a restaurant that delivers both authenticity and consistency so well. Full Moon Thai has become one of my favourite Thai restaurants in Sydney, and I look forward to returning.
We ordered the pineapple fried rice and the whole barramundi. Portions were generous (as you can see in the photos). It’s not the cheapest, but good value if you’re using EatClub. The quality and serving size make it worthwhile overall. They also have ginger hot tea served in a pot, perfect for sharing…
Absolutely lovely Thai place, usually not too hard to find a parking spot nearby if you need it. Staff are really friendly & helpful, food is great. Recommend the salt & pepper tofu, & the pineapple fried rice (everything so far has been delicious!).
It has become one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. The food is amazing—full of flavor, perfectly seasoned, and absolutely delicious. The service is excellent as well. I highly recommend it!
