Came here really craving some good Thai food and Home did not disappoint!!! Everything was so amazing (we were so excited we forgot to take photos before started to eat!). The staff are so friendly and the service was quick and efficient!
The food was amazing and the portions were huge! We ordered the Tom Yum soup and the seafood pineapple fried rice, and both were full of flavor and very fresh. Everything tasted authentic and satisfying. We were really happy with the experience and would definitely come back again!
We have always walked past home Thai and seen it was busy so decided to try tonight and it did not disappoint! Great service delicious food with loads of flavour and a lovely setting. Highly recommend
Great place to find Thai food in Bondi area. Food is great but it’s a little too sweet for me. Maybe because we ordered sweet chilies fish. Thai milk tea is just too sweet for me and I didn’t taste much of the tea to be honest. I will still come back though. Recommend everyone to come here.
I’ve frequented this establishment a few times and have enjoyed their lunch specials which I feel have offered fair value vs flavour. However, tonight’s experience has severely diminished my estimations of Home Thai. It was a particularly busy Thursday which no doubt exacerbated the issues of perhaps being understaffed but nonetheless they still stand. Our dishes were sat for several minutes in our line of sight and food while food which was cooked after ours was served before ours allowing to go cold. I gave the waitress the benefit of the doubt to allow her to return and serve our order next but when it became clear that the urgency to serve cooked food in order was lacking, I ended up going to collect my own food from the serving counter. This wasn’t acknowledged by any of the staff that I had to bring my own dishes to the table in a restaurant. To add insult to injury the pad see ew was under cooked with clumpy noodles, barely any additional ingredients, a few pieces of chicken and some greens, with zero wok hei. It may as well have come from the microwave. I had the chilli basil chicken, which I enjoyed, however, the whole experience was soured by the above. All in all a disappointing experience from an establishment I have previously enjoyed. I guess I won’t be provided my free drink by providing a 5 star review either.
