My husband and I stopped by this Thai restaurant spontaneously while in the area, and it was such a delightful experience. The service was fast and efficient, and our food arrived incredibly quickly, which was a lovely surprise. We tried the Beef Massaman Curry, Prawn Tom Yum Soup, and Charcoaled Chicken and every dish was outstanding. The beef practically melted in your mouth, bursting with rich umami flavors. The Tom Yum was one of the best I’ve had since my last trip to Thailand, perfectly balanced between freshness and tangy. The chicken was tender, with a smoky finish that complimented it beautifully. Highly recommend! It was the perfect way to end our trip in Sydney.
Our favourite Thai restaurant in Sydney, probably. Everything is great. My go-to is the drunken fried rice but tonight we had the Pad Thai - perfect wok hei, noodles cooked just right, delicious sauce. And just look at those toppings. So good.
Moo Ping - $11.90 Thai style grilled pork skewer, served with tamarind dipping sauce. Pla Neuag Manow - $35.90 (Cooking time at least 25 minutes) Lime chili garlic broth. Whole Barramundi simmered to perfection finished with freshly chopped spring onion, lemon and chili. Thai milk tea - $6.50. The fish was served within 25 minutes as promised. The spice blend presented a tingling feeling to my mouth. Thai milk tea came in handy to keep my mouth from burning. Waitress was incredibly friendly and the Chef did a wonderful job in completing all the orders on time. Passionfruit soda was suitable for cleansing the chili from my palette.
I asked for spicy. It was. But not too much. I’m no slouch with spice. “Bring it on” I say. But it still has to be flavoursome. This was. Three chilli rating (not bragging just spitting facts) was spicy but pleasant. The dish had lots of fresh crisp veggies. Good portion size for the cheap cost.
Great food and friendly service. Lunch set specials was great value. Pork belly was moist and crispy 😋.
